Are you ready to embark on a never-ending love story with IT As part of the team, your responsibilities will include handling support tasks and troubleshooting both over the phone and in writing, analyzing and prioritizing support tasks, installing standard and specialized software, documenting work processes, IT procedures, and installations, configuring client systems, conducting on-site visits to hotels in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as installing and maintaining networks. Additionally, you will be involved in training new team members, participating in existing and new projects, being on call for duty, and stepping in for the department head when necessary, all to ensure smooth communication, IT infrastructure, and security. To excel in this role, you should possess good knowledge of PC hardware, basic understanding of network technology, a sense of adventure that will take you across Germany, a Class B driver's license, a knack for innovation, resilience, a hands-on attitude, a taste for the extraordinary, a great sense of humor, endurance, and most importantly, a passion for your job.
