Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, installing, testing, and commissioning AV systems including audio, video, and control. You will troubleshoot and resolve AV issues in real-time across various spaces. Additionally, you will maintain and configure AV control systems, conduct regular maintenance, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design, install, test, and commission AV systems (audio, video, control). - Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues in real-time across various spaces. - Maintain and configure AV control systems (e.g., Yamaha, Lumens Delta). - Conduct regular maintenance and firmware/software updates on AV equipment. - Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on AV infrastructure projects. - Document AV system configurations, wiring diagrams, and procedures. - Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Qualifications: - Diploma/Degree in Electronics, IT, AV Technology, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in AV integration, support, or engineering. - Strong understanding of AV signal flow, audio DSPs, video conferencing (Zoom, MS Teams, Cisco), and AV over IP. - Proficiency with AV systems such as Crestron, Biamp, Extron, Shure, QSC, or similar. - Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, VLANs) is a plus. - Ability to read and interpret AV schematics and technical drawings. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and client-facing skills. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends for event support.,
