Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Desktop, laptop, printer and IT hardware support.
  • LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewall and network troubleshooting.
  • Application support, troubleshooting and user access management.
  • New branch/lab IT setup, including LIMS implementation and training.
  • End-user technical support and application training.
  • IT asset management, vendor coordination and documentation.
  • IT security, system administration and backup monitoring.
  • SOP compliance, audit documentation and NC closure support.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware and infrastructure.
  • Experience in application support and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of networking, system administration and LIMS.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
