IT Salesforce Developer II

As an experienced Salesforce development professional at PAC Panasonic Avionics Corporation in Pune, India, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating IT enterprise software solutions. Your focus will be on frameworks, programming, troubleshooting, and debugging IT software issues to align with strategic goals and technology needs. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine project requirements throughout the development lifecycle from conception to delivery. Your responsibilities will include participating in project planning, developing technical strategies with architects, and providing input on technology stack selection. The majority of your time will be spent on system design & integration, where you will develop IT software applications based on project requirements, design and implement new features with senior developer guidance, collaborate with teams on coding and testing, take ownership of specific modules, and contribute to code reviews. Additionally, you will be involved in system operations, where you will resolve technical issues, analyze and troubleshoot application performance, escalate issues when necessary, and develop support documentation. You will also assist in user training and communication. To excel in this role, you should have advanced knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, proficiency in Apex programming, triggers, and batch processing, experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques, and a strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and data management. Familiarity with test automation tools for Salesforce, cloud infrastructure, various cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, DevOps strategies, Test Driven Development (TDD), and excellent communication skills are also essential. Bonus skills such as exposure to high availability, scalability design, performance monitoring, understanding of data privacy laws and practices, and knowledge of project management aspects are advantageous.
