It Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Existing Client Network: Bring an established network of clients, decision-makers, and business contacts, with a demonstrable active sales pipeline.
• IT Services Sales: Generate business for software development, IT consulting, IT staff augmentation, dedicated development teams, and other technology services.
• IT Staff Augmentation: Identify client requirements for IT professionals, negotiate commercial terms, and close resource deployment deals.
• Government Project Bidding: Identify relevant government tenders, prepare and submit bids through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, and manage the bidding process through award and contract finalization.
• International Sales: Develop business in international markets, particularly by acquiring overseas clients for IT services and staff augmentation.
• Sales Team Management: Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve revenue targets, conversion rates, and business development objectives.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a qualified sales pipeline, track leads and opportunities through CRM or other sales tools, and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, procurement teams, partners, and key decision-makers.
• Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Revenue Growth: Identify new markets, strategic partnerships, vendor empanelment opportunities, and channels for sustainable business growth.
