  • Source candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Use ChatGPT and other digital tools to improve recruitment productivity.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports using MS Office.
