Job Description

IT Recruiter – Contract to Hire (C2H)

Location: Venkateshapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Work from office)

Immediate joiners only

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and joining.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals and networking.
  • Understand technical requirements and screen candidates on skills, experience, notice period and CTC expectations.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and share timely feedback.
  • Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates until joining.
  • Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
  • Good understanding of IT technologies and roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to join immediately.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
