Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday

Job Description

We are looking for experienced and motivated US IT / Non-IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end US recruitment, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and hiring processes.

The candidate should have a good understanding of US recruitment practices, employment types, and sourcing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end US recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final placement.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and facilitate offer negotiations and closures.
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in US IT or Non-IT recruitment.
• Direct hiring experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of US recruitment processes and employment terms, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹40,000, depending on experience and skills.
