IT Network & Systems Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Network & Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, software, and security systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, network connectivity, system performance, and data security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
• Manage Windows Server, Linux Server, and Active Directory.
• Monitor network performance and ensure stable connectivity across office locations.
• Handle system backups, data recovery, antivirus, and security updates.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity-related issues.
• Manage user accounts, email access, permissions, and system configurations.
• Maintain IT inventory, software licenses, and asset records.
• Coordinate with internet service providers and third-party IT vendors.
• Ensure IT security policies and data protection standards are followed.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or system administration.
• Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of routers, switches, access points, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, hardware, and software management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
