IT INFRASTRUCTURE & SYSTEMS EXECUTIVE

Location: Mumbai | Experience: 1–5 Years | Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month | Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Systems Executive to manage the company’s computers, hardware, networking, servers, domain, CCTV, EPABX and software systems. This is not a BPO, customer service, calling or software development role.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, Windows and software.
• Handle PC assembly, RAM, SSD/HDD and basic hardware repairs.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Domain, DNS and user access.
• Manage LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, switches, internet and basic firewall configuration.
• Install and troubleshoot CCTV, DVR/NVR, IP cameras and EPABX systems.
• Maintain IT assets, backups, antivirus, software licenses and documentation.
• Provide hands-on IT support to employees and set up systems for new staff.
• Coordinate with IT, internet, CCTV, EPABX and software vendors.
• Identify manual processes and suggest software, automation and digital solutions to improve efficiency.
• Visit company locations/sites when required for IT support.

Required Skills

Practical knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, CCTV, EPABX, printers, backups and IT security is required.

Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Linux, VPN, cloud services, ERP, PowerShell or automation tools will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, independent, good at troubleshooting, comfortable working with hardware and networks, and capable of solving IT problems without always depending on outside technicians.

Suitable Profiles: IT Infrastructure Executive, IT Support Engineer, System Administrator, Network Administrator, Desktop Support Engineer, Hardware & Networking Engineer or IT Administrator.
