Role Overview: You are sought after for the position of IT Helpdesk Executive (Store InCharge - Asset Management Focus) at JLL, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing IT Asset Management operations along with traditional store management functions. Your responsibilities will include managing the complete IT asset lifecycle, ensuring optimal utilization, security, and compliance across all technology resources. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a real-time inventory of all IT assets using the ServiceNow platform - Implement systematic audit procedures for inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance - Coordinate end-to-end IT asset procurement processes and manage warranty claims efficiently - Manage deployment and installation of IT assets for employee onboarding/offboarding processes - Monitor and optimize IT asset costs, conduct regular floor audits, and process lost/stolen incidents - Generate comprehensive reports on asset status, utilization metrics, and performance indicators - Implement and maintain robust physical and cybersecurity protocols for all IT assets - Develop predictive analytics for asset replacement planning and budget forecasting - Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry regulations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field - 3-5 years of experience in IT asset management, inventory control, or store management operations - Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar enterprise asset management platforms - Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities and data visualization experience - Vendor management experience and audit experience - Technical aptitude with a fundamental understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software systems - Preferred qualifications include ITIL Foundation or Asset Management certification, Project Management experience or PMP certification, financial acumen with budget management experience, multilingual capabilities, and experience with cloud assets If you resonate with this job description, we encourage you to apply, even if you do not meet all the requirements.
