Job Description – IT Executive (IT Support in Center) Position: IT Executive (IT Support) Department: IT Location: SELAQUI, VIKASNAGAR, DEHRADUN, UTTARAKHAND Experience: 3-5 years in IT support Reporting To: CENTER MANAGER Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues at the center. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot system failures, network issues, and software problems to ensure smooth operations. Manage and support biometric attendance systems, CCTV, and other security devices. Handle IT asset management, including procurement, inventory, and maintenance. Ensure timely software updates, antivirus installations, and data security measures. Support end-users in resolving IT-related queries and provide training if required. Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance and service agreements. Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are implemented and followed. Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting logs, and reports. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and networking systems. Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Knowledge of cloud-based applications, email configurations, and cybersecurity protocols. Familiarity with IT asset management and IT service management tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (BCA). Certifications like CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL are an added advantage. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk roles. Experience in working with IT infrastructure in corporate or industrial settings. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Shift: Day shift Work Days: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
