Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Representative Location: HALDWANI ,UTTARAKHAND Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term customer relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a strong passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales techniques. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs. Present and promote products/services to prospective customers. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply). Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (preferred). Willingness to travel if required.
