Job Title: IT Executive – IT Infrastructure (Desktop, Hardware & Networking)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Executive to manage IT hardware, networking, CCTV infrastructure, biometric systems, smart boards, and end-user support to ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.

Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Install and update software, operating systems, and security patches.

Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and troubleshoot basic operational issues.

Perform basic troubleshooting of biometric attendance systems.

Check and ensure the proper functioning of smart boards and IT equipment in classrooms.

Maintain IT inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.

Ensure IT security, antivirus updates, and data backups.

Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related queries.

Skills & Qualifications:

Any Graduate or Diploma holder with good IT knowledge.

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, hardware, and networking.

Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and IT security.

Familiarity with CCTV, biometric devices, and smart boards.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
