Job Summary

PROTEC is seeking a competent IT Engineer to manage IT infrastructure, server maintenance, firewall and network security, Google Workspace, CCTV systems, and corporate social media platforms, ensuring reliable and secure IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure:

  Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.

• Server & Firewall Management:

  Maintain servers, monitor performance, manage firewall configurations, network security, user access, data backups, and antivirus protection.

• Google Workspace:

  Administer Gmail, Google Drive, user accounts, access permissions, and email configuration.

• CCTV Systems:

  Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and recording issues.

• Social Media Management:

  Manage corporate LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram accounts; coordinate recruitment posts and company updates.

• IT Asset Management:

  Maintain IT inventory, software licenses, AMC records, and preventive maintenance schedules.

• Vendor Management:

  Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, coordinate repairs and renewals, and optimize IT costs.

• Technical Support:

  Resolve employee IT complaints promptly and ensure uninterrupted IT services across departments.

Candidate Requirements

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and system administration.
• Hands-on knowledge of server maintenance, firewall management, networking, and cyber security.
• Experience in Google Workspace administration and corporate social media management.
• Strong troubleshooting, vendor negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
