IT Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile and driven Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining robust end-to-end web applications. You will bridge the gap between powerful back-end architectures (leveraging PHP, Python, and Node.js) and high-performance, modern front-end interfaces (using React and Next.js). Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Lifecycle Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications from conception to production.
• Front-End Engineering: Build responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
• Back-End Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic, microservices, and high-performance APIs using Node.js, Python, and PHP.
• Database Management: Design, write, and optimize complex queries, schema designs, and data management workflows using MySQL.
• Version Control & Collaboration: Utilize GitHub for code management, branching strategies, code reviews, and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability.
• API Integration: Develop secure RESTful APIs to ensure smooth communication between front-end frameworks and multi-language back-end services.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience in a full-stack capacity.
• Front-End Stack: Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js (including Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG)).
• Back-End Stack: Strong hands-on backend development experience across Node.js, Python (e.g., Django/Flask/FastAPI), and PHP (e.g., Laravel or native PHP).
• Database: Solid relational database experience with MySQL (indexing, query optimization, and schema design).
