IT Department Coordinator

You will be responsible for monitoring ERP systems to identify errors, data inconsistencies, and process gaps. Your role will involve ensuring timely resolution of ERP-related issues by collaborating with relevant departments. Additionally, you will oversee the coordination of website designers and maintain the functionality of the company's website. You will also be tasked with aligning digital marketing efforts with the ERP system to enhance the company's brand image. Your educational background should include a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) or a Master of Computer Applications (MCA). Experience with ERP platforms, departmental coordination, creativity, and staying updated with current tech and digital trends are preferred skills for this role.
