As an Infoscion, your role within the Infosys consulting team will involve delving into customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and overseeing deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will take ownership of parts of proposal documents, provide input on solution design based on your expertise, plan configuration activities, conduct product configurations, and assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. Your responsibilities will also include conducting solution/product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and preparing effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. You will actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.
