Job Description: You are seeking a Senior Process Consultant with a proven enterprise track record in implementing ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) and Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) for large organizations. Your role will require deep IT Asset Management (ITAM) expertise, strong ServiceNow platform experience, and a demonstrated success in delivering scalable, auditready asset management solutions for major corporations. Key Responsibilities: - Define the endtoend implementation strategy and roadmap for ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro - Assess currentstate asset management processes and design a futurestate enterprise ITAM operating model - Lead and oversee configuration of IT Asset management (HAM Pro)/ SAM Pro - Design and implement asset lifecycle workflows, compliance models, and automation - Lead software normalization, entitlement, reconciliation, and reclamation efforts - Ensure proper integration with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and procurement/financial systems - Establish ITAM governance, controls, KPIs, and reporting - Facilitate stakeholder workshops and ensure strong knowledge transfer to internal teams Required Experience & Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform - 5+ years of delivering HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementations in large enterprise organizations - Extensive background in IT Asset Management across hardware, software, and SaaS - Deep knowledge of asset lifecycle management, financial alignment, and compliance - Proven success in implementing ITAM solutions for major or global corporations - Ability to demonstrate measurable outcomes such as cost optimization, risk reduction, and audit readiness - Successful deployment of ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro aligned to enterprise - Improved visibility, control, and compliance of hardware and software standards assets - Measurable reduction in asset spends and audit exposure - Adoption of a sustainable ITAM operating model by internal teams Job Description: You are seeking a Senior Process Consultant with a proven enterprise track record in implementing ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) and Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) for large organizations.
