Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Administrator who has strong knowledge of server management, IT infrastructure, networking, and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and managing our company's servers, networks, systems, and overall IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and manage company servers.
• Handle Windows Server and Linux server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Monitor server performance, storage, and system health.
• Manage server backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Troubleshoot server, network, hardware, and software issues.
• Maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure server security, antivirus protection, and regular updates.
• Manage company IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees.
• Identify and resolve server downtime and network connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and system records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT administration or server management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).
• Good understanding of Linux server administration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with server backups and data recovery.
• Good understanding of networking, firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage IT infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and email server management.
• Experience with cybersecurity and server monitoring tools.
