IT Administrator - Kottayam

• Responsible for managing all the information technology related areas like software, internet, network and systems time to time and provide solution within time frame.
• Ensure periodical maintenance and renew when the AMC of the machines expire. Keep a register for monitoring the failure of systems for improving the purchase decisions related to the technology.
• Responsible for resolving issues in any technical areas of the company and branch and do the needful by coordinating with the COO and external people who are in tie up with the company.
• Responsible for acting the role of a custodian of stocks like paper, passbooks, forms, pens, stamps, files, ink etc. related stationeries and should keep the reorder level of the items for better purchase.
• Responsible for issuing the stocks as per the request of the team and to update the register, review the usage once in a month for effective utilization of the stocks.
• Responsible for identifying the suppliers or vendors for the items that required by the company and should responsible for keeping a warm relationship with them.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
