Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Admin Executive to oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of ERP systems, specifically ERPNext . The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and hands-on knowledge of IT administration and ERPNext management. Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer ERPNext software, including user access, data management, system updates, and troubleshooting. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding IT issues and ERP usage. Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, and security settings. Handle software installations, upgrades, and licensing compliance. Manage backups and disaster recovery operations for critical data and systems. Collaborate with various departments to optimize ERP processes and functionalities. Document IT processes, user guides, and ERP workflows. Perform routine audits of systems and software to ensure compliance and efficiency. Maintain IT inventory (hardware and software) and ensure timely maintenance or upgrades. Coordinate with external vendors for system support, AMC, and procurement of IT assets. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2–3 years of proven experience in IT administration and ERP management. Mandatory knowledge and hands-on experience with ERPNext. Strong understanding of network administration (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls). Basic knowledge of server management (Windows/Linux). Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work under minimal supervision. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications: ERPNext certification or additional training is a plus. Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud) is an advantage. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
