You will be based in Wagle Estate, Thane (W), Maharashtra, as a full-time Production Engineer reporting to the Founder. Your primary responsibility will involve leading regulated manufacturing activities for medical devices, focusing on electronic and embedded systems. Your role will require hands-on work with electronic systems, overseeing production, collaborating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with ISO 13485:2016 quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing electronic and embedded system integration for medical devices, supervising a small team of production and quality technicians, coordinating with component suppliers, enforcing production SOPs and quality protocols, maintaining detailed production records and traceability logs, as well as supporting internal audits, quality reviews, and compliance documentation. To excel in this role, you should hold a degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field, with 0-3 years of experience in a medical device or electronics manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong communication skills, and familiarity with ISO QMS standards are essential. Additionally, knowledge of embedded platforms such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi, as well as experience in using interactive AI, would be advantageous.,
