We do have an excellent Job opportunity for the position of US Tax(lead role for indian entity) with one of our US based IT company in Gujarat (Gandhinagar Gift city) Designation: based on present role As a US Tax , your key responsibilities will include: Maintaining Compliance: Ensuring that our clients adhere to regulatory requirements when investing in foreign markets. Qualified Intermediaries (QI) Compliance: Possessing a strong understanding of company compliance regarding the QI agreement with the IRS, as well as withholding and tax reporting obligations. Tax Advisory: Providing expert tax advisory services to financial institutions involved in cross-border investments. Transfer Pricing: Drafting and implementing transfer pricing policies for corporations to ensure compliance with international tax regulations. This role demands a detailed understanding of international tax laws and the ability to navigate the complexities of global financial markets. Specialized job competencies: Thorough knowledge on backup holding and good understanding on IRC (Internal Revenue Code) chapter 3 & 4 Have handled international tax payer taxation Individual and Business General knowledge of financial services Knowledge of US taxation as applicable to non-US financial institutions Experience of 1042-S & 1042 reporting as well as 1099 reporting Experience of implementing FATCA policies and procedures Experience of implementing and/or managing or being in a qualified intermediary compliance function General knowledge of KYC procedures Knowledge and/or experience of corporate actions in financial services Experience working in a financial institution, preferably in compliance and/or tax functions Desired Candidate Profile: CFA or CPA or Enrolled Agent 10+ years of experience What does ViewTrade bring to the table: Opportunity to do what your current firm may be hesitant to do.
