Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Strategy & Planning Develop channel-wise marketing plans aligned with overall brand strategy Customize campaigns for DTC, modern trade, general trade, salons, and marketplaces Manage channel calendars, launches, promotions, and visibility plans Retail & Trade Marketing Design in-store visibility (POSM, testers, gondolas, displays) Plan retailer-specific promotions and sell-out schemes Coordinate with sales teams to improve retail execution Track secondary sales and retail productivity E-commerce & Marketplace Marketing Drive performance on Amazon / Nykaa / Sephora / Flipkart / Tmall Optimize product listings, A+ content, banners, reviews, and ratings Plan marketplace campaigns, deals, and visibility investments Coordinate with platform account managers DTC & Omnichannel Execution Support website merchandising, bundles, sampling, and loyalty initiatives Ensure price parity and consistent messaging across channels Enable omnichannel campaigns (online-to-offline, click & collect) Product Launches Lead channel rollouts for new product launches Develop channel toolkits (pitch decks, training, assets) Coordinate influencer, PR, and sampling per channel Analytics & Budget Management Track channel KPIs: sell-out, ROI, ROAS, CAC, inventory turns Manage channel marketing budgets and vendor negotiations Prepare performance reports and optimization plans Key Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills Channel & trade marketing expertise Retail and e-commerce marketing knowledge Strong understanding of beauty consumer behavior Data analysis & Excel proficiency Experience with marketplaces and CRM tools Soft Skills Cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Supply Chain, Digital) Strong communication & presentation skills Creative execution with commercial mindset Vendor and stakeholder management Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,757.81 - ₹49,930.25 per month Work Location: In person
