IOT Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across manufacturing industries.
• Engage with Plant Heads, Operations Managers, Maintenance Managers, EHS Managers, and CXOs.
• Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Understand customer challenges and propose suitable IoT, AI, and digital transformation solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
• Build and develop partner and channel networks across India.
• Manage customer accounts, sales pipelines, and CRM activities.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Required Experience

Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Industrial IoT:

  Industrial IoT solutions and platforms.

• Industrial Automation:

  PLC, DCS, and industrial automation solutions.

• SCADA/MES:

  Supervisory Control and Manufacturing Execution Systems.

• Industrial Software:

  Analytics, monitoring, and enterprise solutions.

• Industry 4.0:

  Digital transformation solutions for manufacturing.

• AI Solutions:

  Computer vision, predictive analytics, and machine learning applications in industrial environments.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or Automation.

An MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
