IoT & Industrial Connectivity Engineer

Role Overview: As an IoT & Industrial Connectivity Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the plant digitization and Industry 4.0 roadmap. Your primary focus will be on PLC integration, IIoT data acquisition, industrial communication protocols, and end-to-end implementation at plant sites. This role requires hands-on expertise in automation, IoT, and connectivity, making it essential for you to possess specific technical skills and industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct on-site assessments and implement IIoT solutions involving both hardware and software components. - Demonstrate strong knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, and PROFIBUS, as well as IoT protocols like MQTT and CoAP. - Integrate PLCs, SCADA, and DCS systems with various vendors including Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, ABB, and Omron. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in IoT, industrial connectivity, and automation projects, with exposure to enterprise-scale deployments. - Preferred industry background in Industrial Automation, IoT, or IIoT Product Development.
