The ideal candidate will have a strong functional understanding of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules, along with domain experience in upstream, midstream, or downstream processes. The role requires hands-on configuration, integration, and support skills to deliver efficient SAP solutions aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities Configure and support SAP SD/MM modules, ensuring alignment with business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Logistics, Production, and Supply Chain) for end-to-end solution delivery. Provide functional expertise in Oil & Gas-specific modules such as: Upstream: Joint Venture Accounting (JVA), Production & Revenue Accounting (PRA), PSA, Unit of Measure (UOM), and Field Logistics (MM, EAM). Midstream/Downstream: Trader’s and Scheduler’s Workbench (TSW), TD, Commodity Pricing, and F&A Pricing. Analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions for process optimization. Support change management, testing, training, and go-live activities. Troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, especially FI (Finance) and Logistics . Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and S/4HANA migration activities (if applicable). Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of overall SAP experience with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SD/MM within the Oil & Gas domain . Strong understanding of SAP configuration , integration , and end-user support . Solid knowledge of business processes across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. Experience collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on solution delivery. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments. Exposure to integration points between SD/MM and FI modules. SAP certification in SD/MM or Oil & Gas-related solutions (preferred). Strong communication and documentation skills.
