You will be responsible for speaking with potential customers, understanding their needs, explaining our services, booking consultations/demo sessions, and converting warm leads into paying clients.This role requires someone who is organized, target-driven, and comfortable with continuous follow-ups. Role & responsibilities The Sales Manager (Field Sales) will be responsible for driving new enterprise business by meeting and engaging senior HR and finance leaders of mid- to large-sized organizations. This role requires strong on-the-ground relationship building, consultative selling, and ownership of the complete sales cycle. Key Responsibilities Drive new business through field sales meetings with HR and finance decision-makers. Build and manage strong enterprise relationships to promote financial wellness solutions. Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets with a strong focus on pipeline growth. Coordinate with internal product and marketing teams to align client needs and solutions. Represent the company at corporate meetings, events, and networking forums. Preferred candidate profile 4-7 years of B2B field sales experience (financial services, SaaS, benefits, or employee solutions preferred). Proven experience closing enterprise and large-ticket deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
