SOURCING MANAGER to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers and vendors to provide goods and services that meet the needs of the organization Develop and execute sourcing strategies that meet the needs of the organization Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on factors such as cost, quality, and delivery Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Strong negotiation and contract management skills Experience with supplier evaluation and selection processes Knowledge of market trends and supplier capabilities Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
