As a Senior Program Officer at INTERVAL, you play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the ECPC Program. You’ll lead teams, oversee program quality, support student success, and ensure alignment with Montessori standards to deliver impactful educational outcomes. Responsibilities ● Lead and mentor the Client Relations Officers and Quality Auditor to ensure effective student engagement and consistent delivery of Montessori-standard classes. ● Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the ECPC Program to maintain its relevance and alignment with Montessori best practices. ● Ensure a high-quality student experience by addressing concerns, supporting retention, and promoting engagement throughout their learning journey. ● Maintain rigorous quality standards by analyzing feedback and collaborating with the Quality Auditor to drive improvements. ● Manage tutor recruitment, training, and performance to ensure excellence in Montessori education delivery. ● Supervise the certification process, ensuring timely issuance and program integrity. ● Develop and manage a Placement Cell to support ECPC graduates in securing relevant teaching positions. ● Ensure successful placement of all ECPC graduates within Little Genie or other partnered institutions. ● Monitor and support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly performance targets, including enrollment, retention, placements, and revenue. ● Oversee and ensure timely and accurate fee collection across all stages of the student journey. ● Drive the team toward achieving monthly and quarterly performance targets related to enrollment, retention, revenue, and placements. ● Analyze program data and prepare reports to inform strategic improvements and performance evaluations. ● Build and maintain partnerships with Montessori and educational institutions to enhance program resources and placement success. Qualification: ● Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline is required. ● Diploma or Postgraduate Diploma in Montessori Education is mandatory. ● Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams. ● Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills with a focus on continuous improvement and student satisfaction.
