Internship Trainee

Greetings from Theobroma!! We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our production team for a Time & Motion Study project. The intern will work closely with the production and operations teams to analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. Location - Deonar, Chembur Duration - 3 months Key Responsibilities : Observe and document production processes and work cycles. Conduct time studies on key operations using standard techniques. Analyze motion patterns to identify inefficiencies. Assist in developing revised workflows and process improvements. Prepare reports and present findings with actionable recommendations. Who Can Apply : Students pursuing B.E./B.Tech in Industrial, Production, or Mechanical Engineering. Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing, process analysis, or work-study techniques. Strong observation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for data analysis. Benefits: Hands-on experience in a live production environment.
