Internship (multiple roles)

As an intern at iRage, you will be part of a team building cutting-edge trading systems that operate at lightning speed. You will have the opportunity to work across various roles such as quant analyst, software developer, systems engineer, FPGA engineer, or quality assurance engineer. Key Responsibilities: - Quant Analyst Intern: - Research and develop trading strategies using statistical and machine learning models. - Analyze large datasets to identify market inefficiencies. - Strong background in math, statistics, and probability with proficiency in Python, C++, or R. - Software Developer Intern (Low-Latency Systems): - Optimize high-frequency trading infrastructure in C++/Go. - Work on real-time data processing, networking, and performance tuning. - Passion for algorithms, data structures, and system design. - Systems Engineer Intern: - Build and optimize Linux-based trading infrastructure. - Work on kernel tuning, networking (TCP/UDP), and performance monitoring. - Familiarity with scripting (Bash/Python) and low-level systems programming. - FPGA Engineer Intern: - Design and optimize FPGA-based trading systems using Verilog/VHDL. - Work on ultra-low-latency hardware acceleration. - Knowledge of digital design and high-speed protocols (Ethernet, PCIe). - Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer Intern: - Develop automated testing frameworks for trading systems. - Ensure reliability and robustness of low-latency software/hardware. - Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash with a keen attention to detail. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing a degree in CS, EE, Math, Physics, or related fields. - Passionate about technology, finance, or high-performance systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and a hacker mindset. - Previous projects/internships in relevant areas are a plus.,
