Internship Coordinator for College

• Design, develop, and implement internship programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify internship needs and opportunities.
• Promote internship opportunities through educational institutions, job portals, and social media.
• Screen applications, schedule interviews, and assist in the selection process.
• Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate onboarding processes.
• Act as the main point of contact for interns throughout their tenure.
• Assign mentors or supervisors for ongoing guidance and performance tracking.
• Address intern queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date records of internship agreements, reports, and evaluations.
• Ensure all legal, HR, and institutional policies related to internships are followed.
• Collect feedback from interns and supervisors to assess program effectiveness.
• Prepare and submit reports on internship performance, outcomes, and recommendations.
• Issue completion certificates and letters of recommendation when appropriate.
• Foster partnerships with colleges, universities, and training institutions.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, academic events, and industry forums.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,644.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
