Option; 1 (International Voice Support Specialist) Work From office - Gandhinagar Starting CTC: INR 25,000 per month Maximum CTC: INR 45,000 per month Ready to work in night shift Cab Facility Will be provided (Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad specific location) Option; 2 (International Chat Process - 100% Non Voice) Work From Office Permanent Starting CTC: INR 26,000 per month Maximum CTC: INR 38,000 per month Profile: International Customer Operation - Voice/Chat/Sales/Service Process - (Depends upon interview) Role & responsibilities As an Online Chat Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support. Your main role is to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide real-time assistance to customers via chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience. Preferred candidate profile Excellent written communication skills in English.
