Job Overview

Are you a friendly, outgoing person with excellent English communication skills? We are looking for confident and customer-focused individuals to join our UK Outbound Voice Process team.

The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to customers and gather essential information to identify and qualify potential leads. You will ask customers a few basic questions regarding their age, homeownership status, and other relevant details while maintaining a friendly, professional, and engaging conversation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers as part of the UK process.
• Ask relevant questions to collect customer information and qualify potential leads.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain a professional approach throughout conversations.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English.
• Record customer information accurately and ensure attention to detail.
• Follow the required calling process and meet assigned performance expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience is mandatory.
• Excellent spoken English communication skills.
• A friendly, confident, and professional approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability and commitment to work.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Saturday: 2:00 PM to 7:00 PMSunday: Weekly Off

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
