Job Description

As an International Voice Process + Tech support, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer assistance and issue resolution. Your role will involve documenting customer interactions and ensuring end-to-end resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Provide customer assistance and resolve issues effectively - Document all customer interactions - Ensure end-to-end resolution of customer issues Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in International Voice Process + Tech support - Strong communication skills in English with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI) - Proficiency in Java Fullstack, Springboot, Rest APIs, and Kafka - Notice period of Immediate- 15 Days - Language Proficiency: C1 in English Language Please note that the role is based in Gurugram and offers a potential for conversion to full-time employment upon successful completion of the initial contract period.
