Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients.
  • Provide professional customer support and resolve customer queries.
  • Communicate effectively in English with international customers.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow company quality standards.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and performance guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
