Process: International Inbound Voice US Healthcare JOB ROLE: Join a leading US Healthcare process and work with international customers in a professional voice-based customer service role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound international calls from US customers.
- Provide professional customer support and resolve customer queries.
- Follow defined customer service and process guidelines .
- Maintain excellent communication and call quality.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records.
- Achieve required quality, productivity and customer-service parameters .
Requirements Qualification: Graduate Any Stream
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Communication: Excellent English communication skills
Typing: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
Assessment: SVAR / Communication Assessment
Comfortable working in rotational & night shifts
Two rotational split weekly offs
Candidates should NOT be enrolled in any full-time course
