• Process: International Voice Support
• Location: Galaxy Embassy, Sector 62, Noida
• Experience: Freshers to 4+ Years
• Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
• Work Mode: Work From Office and Night Shift
• Eligibility: Graduates and Undergraduates
• Transport: Two-way transportation provided.

Experience Criteria

• U1: Freshers to less than 24 months of experience.
• U2: More than 24 months of experience.

Important: Voice process experience will receive 100% consideration, while non-voice, backend, and other process experience will receive 50% weightage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound international customer queries professionally.
• Assist customers with account-related enquiries and policy information.
• Provide accurate solutions using cloud-based tools.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
• Minimum typing speed of 20 WPM with 80% accuracy.
• Ability to handle international customer interactions.

Salary Structure

0–6 Months Experience:
Salary Slab 1: ₹3.25 LPASalary Slab 2: ₹4.25 LPA

7–11 Months Experience:
Salary Slab 1: ₹4 LPASalary Slab 2: ₹5 LPA

12 Months+ Experience:
Salary Slab 1: ₹5 LPASalary Slab 2: ₹6 LPA
