Role Overview: Our client, a technology services company, is looking for multiple individuals to join their team as International Technical Support- Chat+ Voice on a full-time basis. The role involves providing technical support through chat and voice channels to address customer queries efficiently and ensure satisfaction. The position is based in Gurugram with a notice period of immediate-15 days. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support via chat and voice channels - Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure satisfaction - Follow process guidelines and work collaboratively with the team Qualifications Required: - Experience of at least 6 months in a similar role - Mandatory skills include proficiency in English, verbal fluency, and experience in providing chat & voice support for international processes Additional Details: The interview process will include HR Round, Operations Round, and a Versant Test.
