Role Overview

The selected teacher will work with young learners (ages 3–7), focusing on early literacy, numeracy, communication skills, and social-emotional development through interactive and play-based learning methods.

This opportunity is open to:

• Teachers relocating from abroad
• Educators currently working in India
• Research scholars / doctoral (PhD) students in India with a passion for early education

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and engage students in KG to Grade 2 using activity-based and experiential methods
• Develop strong spoken English skills and confidence among young learners
• Use storytelling, songs, phonics, and hands-on activities
• Introduce global cultural awareness and inclusive classroom practices
• Collaborate with Indian teachers for curriculum alignment
• Maintain a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment

Eligibility & Preferences

• Candidates from African or European countries are welcome
• Native or near-native English proficiency is mandatory
• Background in Early Childhood Education / Primary Education preferred
• Experience with Montessori, EYFS, IB-PYP, or equivalent frameworks is an advantage
• PhD scholars / international students in India with teaching aptitude may apply

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related fields
• Teaching certification or training preferred
• Prior experience with young learners is an advantage (not mandatory for strong candidates)

• Assistance with school orientation and local adjustment
• Visa support and documentation assistance (as per eligibility and regulations)

• Competitive salary based on qualification and experience
