We currently serve 300+ customers in the United States, including several well-known brands.Role OverviewWe are looking for a confident and result-oriented International Sales Executive who has prior experience in voice-based sales, international calling, and appointment setting.The role involves connecting with U.S.-based prospective clients through outbound calls, introducing our company and products, understanding their business requirements, and scheduling qualified sales meetings with potential customers.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling international calls, and the ability to convert conversations into confirmed business meetings.Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective U.S.-based clients through a voice process.
• Introduce the company, its products, and its value proposition.
• Identify potential customers and understand their business requirements.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule sales meetings with prospective clients.
• Follow up with interested prospects to confirm scheduled meetings.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth meeting handovers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and scheduled meetings in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly meeting targets.
• Build professional relationships with international prospects.

Compensation & IncentivesMonthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience and interview performance).Meeting-Based Incentive Structure (Per Meeting):

• 1–5 qualified meetings: ₹500 per meeting.
• 6–10 qualified meetings: ₹750 per meeting.
• Physical client meeting: ₹1,000 per meeting.

Incentives will be calculated for each qualified meeting successfully scheduled and completed, subject to company verification and approval. Physical client meetings will carry a separate incentive of ₹1,000 per meeting.Training & Support

• Structured training on company products and services.
• Training on international calling and client communication.
• Guidance on lead qualification and meeting scheduling.
• Continuous support and mentoring from the sales team.

Ideal Candidate

• 1–5 years of experience in International Sales, B2B Sales, Telecalling, or Voice Process.
• Prior experience in outbound calling and appointment setting is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and verbal skills.
• Confidence in speaking with U.S.-based clients.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift (8 PM – 5 AM).
• Bangalore-based candidates preferred.
