Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end international recruitment for overseas clients.
  • Source candidates for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled positions.
  • Recruit for GCC countries, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with international clients.
  • Manage candidate follow-ups, documentation, medicals, and deployment coordination.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve monthly hiring targets.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
  • International/GCC recruitment experience preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of overseas hiring processes.
  • Ability to manage bulk hiring and multiple requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
