BRIX Consultants is hiring fresh graduates in Mumbai | International Non-Voice Process
If you graduated in 2025 or 2026 and want to start your career in customer support, we’re hiring for an international email and chat support process.
Location Mumbai
Eligibility Fresh graduates from BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BMS and other eligible streams. BTech and MCA graduates are ineligible.
Compensation ₹21,100 CTC | ₹17,300 monthly take-home
Transport Two-way cab facility
Interview One virtual round
Shifts Rotational, including nights
You’ll respond to international customer queries over email and chat, document resolutions, and keep customer records up to date. We’re looking for good written and spoken English, basic computer knowledge, and typing skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
