Customer Support – US Banking Process
Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
Shift: Rotational US shifts (5 days working, 2 days off)
Transport: One-way cab (8 PM – 6 AM, up to 25 km radius)
Eligibility:
Education: PUC / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months in international voice process (No domestic, AR caller, or non-voice experience)
Skills: Excellent English communication
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹25K to 26k
Night Shift Allowance: ₹4, 200
Attendance Bonus: ₹500
Cab Reimbursement: ₹1,500
