Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Chat Support team. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customers' queries through live chat, providing accurate information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through live chat and provide prompt responses.
• Assist international customers with product-related and service-related inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
• Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality guidelines.

Required Skills

• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong grammatical and sentence-forming skills.
• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good written English communication is mandatory.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
