Position: International Chat Support Executive
Process: International Non-Voice (Chat Process)
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Communication: Excellent English Communication
Work Mode: As per company requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through live chat and provide prompt assistance.
• Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
• Resolve customer issues related to products, services, and account queries.
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Maintain good typing speed with accuracy.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow company guidelines, processes, and quality standards.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
• Achieve daily performance targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries while maintaining service quality.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Good typing speed with accuracy.
• Strong grammatical and sentence-forming skills.
• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Eligibility:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and night shifts.
