Radhakrishna Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated individuals to join our team as International Business Development Associates.

The role involves connecting with international clients, identifying global business opportunities, generating B2B leads, and supporting the company's export sales and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Research and identify potential international B2B clients, importers, and distributors.
• Generate business leads and explore new international markets.
• Connect with overseas clients through emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with prospective clients.
• Share product details, quotations, proposals, and business information.
• Follow up on enquiries and support lead conversion.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, orders, and client requirements.
• Maintain client databases, CRM records, and sales trackers.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements & Skills :

• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Advanced English communication skills (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal, written, and professional email-writing skills.
• Confidence in communicating with international clients.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong research, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Interest in international trade, B2B sales, and business development.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.

Work Schedule :

Monday to Friday: 9 hours Daily

• 5 hours – Work from Office (Day Shift).
• 4 hours – Work from Residence (Night Shift).

Saturday: 4.5 hours – Work from Office (Half Day).
Sunday: Fixed Weekly Off.
