We are HIRING . Job Title: International BPO Executive Lead Generation Executive. (No sales No targets) Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain excellent relationships with international clients. Communicate effectively with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds in a professional manner. Utilize effective communication and convincing skills to handle tough clients to generate the leads. Work collaboratively with team members and contribute positively to team dynamics and success. Participate in ongoing training sessions to keep updated with product knowledge and service protocols. Draft reports and update the excel with complete and accurate information as required. Implement feedback provided by supervisors to improve call quality and overall performance. Required Qualifications Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to understand and interpret varied foreign accents accurately.
